Northwest strains 2013 outdoor grow

I know its still early but I am trying to figure out good strains for the northwest area for next summer. This includes Western Washington and northern Oregon. So far I am preparing my NL mother and I think Im gunna give Super Skunk a try. Hopefully the weather holds up for me.

My question is what strains have people tried in the Northwest and how did they go? Every thread has said NL but Im looking for a variety of strains. Thank You in advance.

Being from Seattle i would really suggest some auto flowering strains started indoor early so that you can harvest outdoors end of august into september. No matter what regular strains ive tried they have all gotten PM or bud mold. Its just too damp around here most of the year.

A buddy did have pretty good results this year with Jack Frost. it got pm but not too bad.

Thanks for the reply. Im gunna have to look into Jack Frost. I think whatever strain I choose Im gunna have a problem with mold. Im just trying to minimize it.

Sour Diesel. a have a really experienced buddy in the wilammette valley that has been breeding diesels for a few years now and he says theyve given the most succes, along with Sour Acid(LSD x SD). maybe i can hook you up with him if you really want to... if he's open to it of course

This past year I grew Kalashnikova and Jack Herer both from Greenhouse seeds as well as LA Confidential from DNA??? and Atomic Jam (AKA Blueberry Jam [Dr. Atomic Seeds]) and all but the Herer fully finished before the fall rains got bad...I had to cut the Herer about 10 days early but it was still GREAT! In my opnion the Atomic Jam did best. Island sweet skunk, Lethal Purple, donkey dick and Manitoba Poision are also great strains I've grown in the pastand all finish way before the rains are a concern...By the way I'm on Southern Vancouver Island so I'm well acquainted with the temperamental weather of the area and understand your frustration.

Good Luck...

Sour D would prolly be good. I was looking into LSD by Barneys and saw it was short flowering. DOc which one of those strains would you recommend the most? I know that every year the summer is kinda different, sometimes long sometimes short, so alot of times growing outdoors is just a lot of luck that the weather will hold out.

Kaolinite what strains are you growing. Your in Vancouver right? This is gunna be my first gurrilla grow so Im pretty excited. Im just nervous about getting the wrong strains and have them mold due to long flowering.
