I've had a buddy order from Dodo glass a couple times. Aside from getting the wrong thing or it arriving broken, he always got something lol. I wouldn't recommend them by any means, but i have an 18" beaker bottom with a tree perc that came from them thats still alive and kicking and i could club bears with this fucking thing haha.

Figured I would chime in on this site, incase anyone else is looking for info. I ordered on 5/7/11 a double bubbler a ash catcher and a grinder. Charged me right away but got no confirmation email. Week later got confirmation. 3 weeks later I am trying to email them and find out where my order is and call them and leave messages. I get no response from them at all. All of a sudden on 6/7/11 I get a shipping confirmation email and 3 days later my products arrive. Almost 5 weeks after ordering and paying with 2-3 day shipping. Products were absolutley high quality. I was so impressed with quality but they have very poor communication and slow ship times.

I placed an order on 4/13/12 on Northwest Glass Pipes. Didn't receive an email or anything confirming my order so I start to do my homework. Found out he runs at least two other websites (Chunky Glass Pipes & Northwest Glass Art) and the Chunky Glass Pipes happened to actually have their phone number listed. So after emailing them and not getting a response for a couple days, I call and leave a message. Was supposed to be at my house by this point (expidited shipping was $13). So a full week after ordering my piece and not even getting a confirmation or tracking number, I send another email, this time to all three of his sites hoping one would work.
And it did, someone emailed me back saying that my order was boxed up ready to go and would ship the next day, putting it to me two days later. After four more days of waiting, I email again. No response at all. It's been three weeks now and I haven't even received a tracking number. I email again saying to cancel my order, finally hits me back saying that he never charged me so he didn't ship it. I give him the benefit of the doubt and pay again via paypal because he said he'd throw in a gift. Again, he said I would have this in two days. Wrong again, after waiting four days I call his number on his paypal telling him I'm cancelling and would like a refund. He texted me immediately telling me he was having personal problems and that's why it hadn't shipped. Blamed it on his terminal cancer. He told me he'd refund my shipping, throw in a free gift and have a tracking # for me that same day. He gave me the tracking # and told me it'd take a day to activate. Told him if I didn't have it in two days I was going to dispute the transaction. After waiting three more days (been over a month at this point) I finally file the paypal claim.
Next day he texts me "Nice try, I had your package stopped, I'm reporting your attempt at fraud to the authorities asshole." This guy thinks he's slick, he has my money and my product. "You won't be getting any free shit from me you fraud!" Free shit? How bout the shit I paid for you dumbfuck redneck. Eventually I'll get my money back from this scammer and he can go back to life in mukilteo. Real nice up there. Greg you are done taking advantage of people!

I found that they have very very slow service but products will eventually get delivered as promised. Took me 4 weeks to receive my order from them.
