Northern Lights New Growth Curling

Hello all!
So I am growing the northern lights auto seeds from RQS and the plant seems to be doing well. However, I noticed that the new leaves are curling downwards and are a bit thin.

What do you think is the problem? Since the leaves that are at the bottom are yellowing a bit could it be a nutrient deficiency? I haven’t fed the plant yet.
Could it be a light burn? As I hve 2 18W Led Lights hanging a bit close however top leaves seem to be regular green and not bleached.

The plant is 4.5 weeks old.

looks like over watering. your medium might need some more perlite, might not be getting good enough drainage.
what are you growing in, how often do you water, how much each time.
how long has it been in there with no food? what size is that pot, .........

The pot is a 300x235mm pot, I water it with 750ml every 4-5 days. I never fed her as I was traveling for the past 2 weeks and a friend of mine was visitng to water it.

well, it shouldn't be root bound.
when you water it, drain that saucer, don't let it suck it back up. unless you're using a very hot soil, it's going to need to be fed soon.
you can amend the soil with top dressing, or you can use packaged nutes, but it'll need it soon.
don't try to water on a schedule. just check the pot, if the top two inches of soil are DRY, water, if they aren't, wait.
you'll get to where you can feel the weight of the pots and tell if they need water or not, but the two inch rule works till you develop that skill.

Should I add some red worm casting to the top of the soil? I have that. I also have nutrients floramicro florabloom and floragrow as well as calimagic but I haven’t used them. Should I use them on the other watering? Or should I just add worm casting?

i'd add some of the earth worm castings, (EWC), and mix them into the soil on the top of your pot. don't dig down deep, but try to get them mixed in a little. don't go crazy, autos are notoriously light feeders, it's the rare auto that can take even half strength nutes without problems.
if they seem to be getting very hungry, lower leaves fading, new growth coming in very light green, give them some of the trio, but start off no stronger than 1/3 strength

i don't think so, 18 watts isn't very strong,
i think i'd give them a light dose of calmag, maybe 150 ppm. where the older leaves are getting lighter between veins looks like the beginning of mag deficiency

I noticed some brown spotting on older leaves. The plant has also started flowering.

I think it was overwatered because it is still not dry at 2in deep.

Should I add calmag and water now or wait until it dries out? Also, should I add some floragro/florabloom/floramicro to the mix? i can put half the quantity.

i'd definitely give it time to dry out. when you do water again, feed it about half strength. use less water each time you water, just enough to where you see a little coming out of the bottom of the pot. then stop and let it dry out. you can water daily if you don't use too much each time.

i'd guess a combination of overwatering and magnesium lockout from the overwatering
