I have a Nirvana NL auto that I saved(its life), it was transplanted. Took about a week or so to establish its root system, then started growing really fast. its on week 3 from growing after establishing roots after transplant it was a week old seedling when i saved it. Now Shouldnt it be flowering under 20/4 400w HPS i just recently switched to HPS from MH for all my Grows as I have 2 Blimburn Grizzly Purple Auto and 3 other Nirvana NL autos, Any input would be appreciated. thanks guys and blaze up

Currently entering week 3 with Nirvana Lemon OG Haze Auto... no pre-flowers yet for me. I wouldn't get too worried. You also do know that Nirvana (and everyone else) lies about the time it takes to grow auto's right?

It will take 10-12 weeks in reality. I had no idea either... I thought 8 weeks was too good to be true for Haze. Apparently there are VERY FEW auto's that finish before 10 weeks, regardless of what the breeder writes on their website.

You should always start autos in the pots they will finish in. Autos grow root structure first so transplanting them often stunts their growth to the point that they mature without fully developing. You may have to just cut it as a loss. Next time start autos in their one and only home and keep them there.

I doubt a loss of a couple weeks is going to result in 0 yield. Even if it doesn't yield much it's invaluable experience. Worth trying to finish IMO.

From my experience with the 2 autos I'm running, they were a bit bigger than yours before they started showing preflowers/pistils
I'd guess a week

I know that you should never transplant. It was a saved plant from a previous grow, they all got ripped out of the ground (long story) and this is the one I saved, I lost about a week of growing time but after that week it exploded, I have all my other ones in 5 gallon pots never to be moved! thanks for the help

Also, one of my grizzly purple autos was a mutant with three cotyledons, will that produce more bud?

No problem at all. I figured most of the people on this site know the myths about autos, but I didn't know about the real timeline for autos until I dug around.

If you want to keep up with my Nirvana Auto grow, have a look at my journal...

It's my first attempt at hydroponics. :)

If you grow it out I am anxious to see if it produces anything
well It just started pre flowering today! and it is growing extremely fast, Im giving it a 50% dose of cutting edge solution Micro, Bloom and Grow nutes, measured for veg! I honestly think it is going to produce, and it could be more than im expecting from it
