Having just killed both of my first attempts, I decided to share a diary of my 3rd, another NL auto. Right now it is just a wee seed which sat in tap water for 14 hours and then placed in a damp paper towel. Let's hope it sprouts a tail soon!
The problem with the last one had to do with not calibrating my pH pen, which led to me thinking the pH was always dropping when in fact it was climbing higher and higher. When the plant, which was starting to bud, seemed to stop growing for a few days, I frantically kept changing the nutrient soluton aand disturbing the plant. One day it drooped and never recovered. I chopped it down and have begun the process yet again!
