Nothing wrong with the genetics of Nirvanas NL autos, in fact me and you have almost started our grows together. Now i did order mine directly from Nirvana at the end of August and not from another bank, there were issues with the seeds no autoflowering around year ago and thats why the old batch of seeds was pulled, but the new ones seem to be fixed atleast the ones i got are true autos
Heres mine, and i never had the yellowing issues your having, mine are a little short and have really tight node spacing..which is contrary to what you hear with growing under HPS from seed..but i did and heres where im at so far..day 22(preflowering), on the LST'd one and day 17 on the other

I have no idea whats wrong with yours but id say go down the check list...nute burn or ph too high or low? Light intensity way to close? Rule out the things you know are ok and go from there..im just going to guess your ph is a little off since i think you said you havent added and nutes

good deal man glad you figured out what the problem was, now you know what to do on your next watering. Im sure if you give them a week you will start to see some improvements and then an explosion of growth once you have everything dialed in..happy growing and good luck sir, don't let little snafu's like this discourage you.
