Its a test run right? And you are posting pics of a product online. If your grow is not dialed in then its not a fair test.

To be honest its not a bad thing because you are not cheating with pics of perfect plants. This makes me wonder how many does cheat?

Thanks dawg, it's totally possible that in the 4 days I was gone the lack of me opening the tent every day caused the heat or temp to be consistently above what half of them are liking. I'm pretty sure there is potassium def based on signs unrelated to the clawing/tacos lol. I think the canopy also may be so dense/crowded that the canopy itself it holding humidity high around the leaves. I just grabbed some kelp fertilizer to hopefully balance everything back out. Regardless the deff seems very minor and I'm not super worried about my yield being affected lol.

I realize, at this point. the light may be a little closer to the tops than I'd like so I may raise it up and see if that helps at all as it may have to do with light intensity at the top of the canopy as far as the tacos go.

It may just be me, but whenever I leave my grow for more than a day or two, at least one of my plants will find something to complain about lol.

That's not quite right. A test works best in real world situations, and nobody has a perfect setup. You can have a hundred seemingly perfect runs and still have an issue in your system.

If you read the thread, this is my first run with living soil and rols comes with its own set of issues and obstacles, so I wasn't expecting this one to run like my main tent/dwc setup. If you want to see perfect plants/runs, go check out my main grow journal, but this is a new system in a new tent with a new light in a new spectrum lol.

This test should accurately show how a new grower with a new light can expect it to perform. Granted, I still have a bit of an advantage based on the fact that I have over a decade of experience growing. I think it's probably better for the test that I used a system I am not familiar with because if I ran my dwc like usual, people would expect this light to get their systems to run like my dialed dwc setup, which tbh I'm pulling 1.7-1.8 gpw in there and I don't know a whole lot of guys that pull like that. And the ones that do aren't buying 200 watt lights, lol. They're running houses or building their own shit, probably also running at least 600 watts per individual setup.

Day 27. A little Better on most of them. Of course, my Tahoe bx is a finicky bitch and is still taking it pretty hard. Hit them with a kelp tea fertilizer to hopefully balance out the potassium at the advice of @hyroot.

I felt they threw it around too much so I switched to angelinas. I'm very happy with the change.

The throw/spread is great for uniformity over the whole canopy in my tent and its sealed so not really an issue there. I do think the tops may have been getting blasted a bit too hard in the center where light is still the most focused.

I have definitely been noticing. At least with the 100mm lenses running at 2.25a. I have 44mm lenses I'm using running some cobs much lower(between 1050-1500ma) and they also can be between 8-12", 14-18" is optimal.

I honestly don't move lights around. In tents much but these girls grew to tall, too fast haha. I had to make an adjustment to the actual hangars to make the shorter as the light started at max height on the chains. Shortening the chains seems to have solved the problem. :)
