northern california.... when does it start flowering???

currently got 3 crimea blue growing outdoors.. all organics... plant 1 is 13weeks, and the other two are 11weeks.....growing really well... my question is , how long do i have, till they start flowering naturally?? im in Northern cali..... the first one is already showing preflowers. i was thinking about FORCE flowering, because i dont want these ladies to get tooo big where my neighbors might see... i just had to top the first plant this morning, because its growing taller than others.....in northern cali, when would these start flowering??? end of july???? if anyone knows, please let me know......Should i force flower, or should i ride it out to the fullest...? they are already up to my chest, cant imagine what they would look like at the end of flowering.......

Should be somewhere around August 15th.
