Normal sprouting?

I'm having trouble finding the words to explain this but I only have 1 sprout that came out of the soil with a stem. The rest are visible but have no stem. They are opening up as soon as they break the surface which I think is odd.
The second picture shows a little droopiness and it's pretty uneven if you compare the left side to the right in terms of size.
The first picture shows what I tried to describe earlier.
Any ideas?

Don't stress it will be okay. Keep giving it light, don't water it anymore til container starts to get light
