Normal Seedling Growth After 12 days?

Thats a pretty big pot, make sure your watering the plant and not the whole pot. Watering in a circle about an inch from the stem works pretty good be careful to not over or under water it, can be tricky in bigger pots.
Indeed.

I dug a little trench around the seedling to remind myself where it needs be watered.

Honestly though, my gals are getting more moisture from the Mister I put in.

get yourself a timer and do 18/6, minimum lights on. theres no benafit from growing with less light hours in my opinion.
I have some digital wifi timers.
Currently set to 7:11 on and 11:11 off

I've been reading that some people have more success with 16/8 for seedlings especially.

Some are reporting that the extra two hours of darkness are more beneficial.

when i used a large pot for one of my auto's, i made sure that all the soil was wet to begin with, as roots can grow fast in a good growing enviroment. then made smaller waterings closer to the plant.
this way you dont kill roots as they grow and water distribution is much better and helthier for the plant

In fact my fan, lights and heater are on timers, didn't have an automatic thermostat for the heater, so I have been cycling 15 min on/off during the day until 4-8 pm with 10 min on /20 min off and then back to 15/15.

Until the night when the lights are off, then it's 20 min on/ 10 min off.

So far my daytime temperatures with lights wavers between 74-79 and my night temps are 71-74, I could improve that a little.

When I initially planted I put in mosquito bits tea and garden ag fungicide bacteria with phed water, drenched it, now I just water in the tiny circle. :bigjoint:

Imo ditch the growers choice now. I had bad luck with them on all three plants I had. Just my opinion but they are still small enough where it won’t matter.

I have already made a thread about 16/8 vs 18/6

I'm going to keep it at 16/8, for a while until they are more mature.

They are right next to my bed, so I turn the lights on at 7:11 am and they go off at 11:11
You are overthinking such a little sprout .

Just place it under 18/6 - leave it.
It would have been better letting it get a start upfront in a solo cup . In a solo cup rooting would have become more dense forming a “ plug “ for transplant instead throwing her into a large pot like that. IMO.

Carry on.

I'm sticking with 16/8 lights for now.

They have a 100% germination guarantee.

Sorry you had a bad experience but I am not going to ditch them, I just found them.
