check out whats possible in 300 gal smart pots: https://www.rollitup.org/outdoor-growing/362733-humboldtlocals-outdoor-2010-a.html

it may be goin a lil overboard but my theory is ur roots can never have too much room. i just never wanted to use pots because of the reduced yield as opposed to in the ground but im figuring if they never get rootbound its the exact same as in the ground only better because its all good soil without any native soil mixed in. and i figured they would never get rootbound in a 200 gal pot but its possible they would in 100 gal i suppose. i guess u can find out for sure when u harvest u will be able to check out the root system.

That is ridiculous fast growth bro. Congrats on your first time with the smartys. Im going to have to hop on that Max Sea hype if i want to keep up with you OG's in da game cuz this Advanced Nutrients aint cutting it outdoors.

I'm kicking myself in the ass for starting mine so late. I did just move to Cali and had a lot of official stuff to get done. Transfer car title, license, get setup, rent, electric, water. Then, I got my mj license. Rushed into this pretty fast and didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars going 100 gallon so I went 10. Next year, will, be, AMAZING. Awesome trees man and I wish nothing but the best for you! :)
I feel ya bro on starting late this year. didnt get the clones till july 15 then put em in 10gal smartys outside a week later. i want to cry when i see these pics and how i could have had the same thing in my backyard with better planning

Not sure how many liters but you can order smart pots directly from the company at smartpots.com. They are reusable and are awesome. Very hard to over water and they air prune the roots for massive root mass and structure. More roots mean happier plants and better nutrient intake. Hope this helps!

haha humboldtlocals grow convinced u to go bigger than 100gal huh? i use to think 100gal was all u would need but after seeing his grow i was convinced that 300 are the way to go. i will only be doin 200gal next year most likely just to cut cost a lil bit and cuz im growing in a residential neighborhood with neighbors on all sides so i dont want them to get too ridiculous.

Sacboy... actually been talking to ganjad on icmag and that guy has given me some very good ideas.
sik... I planted several different strains for that reason alone. Only harvesting 12 plants in the next week and the rest at lafeel dates.
goldboy...no problem and gonna pull 12 of them within the next week. The rest will be in Oct and possibly early Nov.

yea ur gunna need a greenhouse in that back yard with 300gal. that humboldtgrower is ridiculous. 20 foot tall plants. Why dont i have any relatives with property in the Emerald Triangle? If i had just one harvest like that i could die a happy and accomplished man
