Noobs: If you fail to plan... plan to fail!

you're making everything complicated for no reason..weed is a weed it grows any way it can, ofcourse you can make it grow better than before but that is all explained in the countless stickies on this site which we have the free will to read if we want..or not, you dont have to revolve your life around growing a weed.

I just now read this and the funny thing is I've been short on cash and been piecing my grow cabinat together for the last month. Cabinate first. Then lights. Then vent fans. Then filters.timers. Mylar. Lol. I havnt even bought soil yet and I'm not doin nothin till my box is set. but that's just me.

As a newbie I think after someone first registers, and you get the confirmation email, this article should be hypertext to this thread, as a way to help newbies and introduce rollitup!

ok so im guessing im a noob lol. i wish i would have read this befor my plants were 3 weeks into budding. they look ok considering ive only spent 13 dollars on all of my supplies. im growing in soil/dwc because the roots came out of the botom of the pot. im useing 3 CFL's bcuz they are super cheap and dnt jump my electricity bill. any advice is well appreciated. ill try to post some pics later

My first noob off took place outdoor's
had some indy and some sativa 26 total plants 11 were in rubber maid 18 gallon buckets,the rest set in 3 gallon plastic bags.
bought miracle moisture control potting mix.tried to add some nutes to the soil but this burnt them,so flushed em and they recovered.
the indys got about 3 feet tall and the sativa's were 5 feet.
Net harvest dry came 2 6lbs.
ps...even the 18 gallon containers were root bound?

/\/\/\/\/\ i always blow half a dozen bong hits right before i jump in my car light a blunt and go looking for a party! But im in california this type of life is not for everyone i guess.
