noob question lol!

So, I got some cherry pie from one of my buddies. It looks great, 9/10 but tastes and smells like green.. like a grassy taste/smell..

I was guessing he didn't cure it enough? So could I still get the chlorophyll out of the bud or is that state long gone?

so... did I say something I wasn't supposed too lol? I'm just wondering if I can throw some buds in a jar and remove the grassy smell, or is it to late.

Bust a bud open, see if its still moist inside, or if you have a hygrometer you can measure the rh, if its above 50 you can cure it still
