Noob - pics of my plants- first grow - Looking for some critiquing

First grow. Bags seed freebies. Using coir and fox farms trio. Plants are about 6 weeks old. They range from 5 inches to about 9 inches in height. CFL 6500k 125 watts x 2 - Planted in 1 gallon pots. Just looking for some critiquing from more advanced growers. Any advice or tips would be appreciated

remember:
to keep your cfl's as close to them as possible, without burning 'em.

Don't overwater

other than that you should be fine.

I would try to flower them with a 2700k, you'll get denser buds.

Other than that they look really healthy.

I am thinking about starting the 12/12 in a week - They have been on 18/6 and 20/4 for the first 6 weeks - I started reading all the good info here and put it to use. Very useful forum. I really like it here. So, today I signed up. I really do appreciate all the info you guys provide

They look healthy, good work. I agree with keeping them as close to the CFL as you can without burning them.

That's damn good for you first grow. Much better than my stretched piece of shit first grow

I actually did a lot of reading here before I got started. I am like many people, dont have much money to be tossing into a grow system. So it only made sense to read good advice from advanced growers. I am trying to at least do a fairly decent, first grow. I am glad all of you are willing to share your knowledge. Such a helpful site. Looks like you can veg well. Now it's time to start reading up on flowering phase. I would suggest a hps even if its 150w ull get better buds then with a cfl. You can get a hps for 100 bucks or so, depending n the wattage I would advise a cooltube, because during flowering they are gonna smell so you gotta figure something out with that too. A inline fan and filter pushing through the cooltube vented somewhere would be nice. I use a 400w still and I'm on my 4th grow. I'm still using bagseeds until I upgrade to a 600w which will hopefully be after this grow. My first grow with the 400w I had 3 plants and got a little over a oz per plant. In my area a oz of good lookin stuff goes for 240 a oz easy. So my stuff is well paid for itself within the first grow.

The pic is 7 weeks veg with a 400w hps. I just started flowering about a week ago, ill upload a pic in a sec. The reason why the hps light is because my mh bulb blew

That is the female plant, the other turned out to be male. 7 weeks veg been on flowering since the 20th

Very nice !!!! Hopefully, after a few grows I will get this down. Plus, I will add more essential gear. 6500k CFL 125 watts x 2 is all I could do for now.

Glad to here that we were able to help, that's what we're here for, we're all a family here, welcome.

I will do some update pics in a few days. They are still looking great. Gave them a good rinsing yesterday. Went to 12/12 also.
