Noob in need of help with changing ferts

Ok so there are plants in flowering and veg that have been getting approximate measurements of fox farm nutes according to there schedule and on a couple plants both in the veg and one in flowering with a few burnt tips...they will be switched over to botanicare nutes with proper measurements and schedule next watering oh and the soil is promix with some lime, my question is should they be flushed with plain water before adding the water with new botanicare nutes?

It should be okay. I can't think of any reason to flush unless you think the levels in the promix are too high. Start off with a weak, 1/2 strength at best, feeding with the botanicare.
