Say you have a 3×3 grow tent. That makes 9 square feet. At 30 watts per square foot you would thus want 270 watts in total. If you went up to 40 watts per square foot, you would want 360 watts in total
30w per square foot is top end LEDs , 40 - 50w would be what you want to aim for with the ones you have.
I mean I know I'm not gunna get pounds but I'm also not trying to waste my seeds and only get a miniscule amount
So I'm 100 and some change away from what I would need
From my time reading forums and getting feedback from some great people out here, you need a minimum of 30w per square foot with led. Im shooting for 40-45 per with my DIY build I'm working on. Those lights are each 200w actual. For a 3x3, you're just fine. If you go to a 4x4, you definitely should consider upgrading lights. If I had know 2 or 3 years ago what I know now, I wouldn't have waited til now to upgrade. You're going to be leaving alot on the table using those, but if you're not trying for massive hauls, they will do just fine.

Overkill for a anything I've tried has been over 80k LUX of HPS light over an entire tent. (Currently run 81.25w/sq ft. hps)
So,
220w of LED over 9 sq ft = 24.44444 watts.
Not even close to overkill.
Put 2- 100 watt regular light bulbs in the tent. Boom. There's your 2 Led's.
I checked those on Amazon and it said 200w actual draw for the "1000w".
So if I get the other light I posted and ran all 3 that'd be 230+220=450 that'd out me at 50w per square foot

Most Led guys around here would more than approve I believe.
(Again, I'm an hps guy so don't quote me.)
I've always found more light (available) never hurt...
So that would be 44w per square foot
On amazon it does say its actual draw in 200w so 2 would be 44w per square foot i think im in good shape i think my brother has a extra 600w mars hydro LED idk the actual draw ill have to check it out and may throw that in and I should be good

Just keep in mind, by the end of a 2nd run, your lights will have probably already lost 25% of its output. My very 1st grow ever, I ran 3 in aeroponics and had 17 dry ounces, 2nd run with 3 was half that, and 3rd was even less. I still run 4 of them until I have time to finish my build, but you'll definitely notice decreases after each grow. If you're going to stick with LED, which I would recommend, definitely dont keep wasting money on cheap ones and look into going DIY or spending the money on an HLG or Timber set up.

It has a veg and bloom switch I think its probably 110 with just the veg switch then 200 when I flip the bloom switch
