I have recently purchased a secret jardin ds90 II and equipped it with a 300w 6400k cfl for veg and a 600w dual spectrum hps for flowering, I have a 5 inch low noise fan and filter complete with acoustic ducting capable of 330m3/h and I'm using an oxypot system. I have just germinated my sour diesel seeds and moved them into rockwall cubes previously soaked in mineral water for 20 mins. I have put the cubes onto a plate into my grow tent with no light. Can anyone help me with the process from here to setting them up in my oxypots please

Let the root. Use just water. And we are going to need more info the oxypots to give better advice. What are you going to put in the pots and how are you planing on feeding and so on. More you can give better we can answer.

And and get some light on them. I know there not sprouted yet but they like soil warm.

i have got canna aqua vega and flora nutrient solution which I know to start off diluted when I transport the plants into the oxypots but I have not fully researched amounts. To be completely honest I know sod all about the nutrients. Do i need to change the nutrient solution weekly and top up daily? I have a ph test pen and some up and down for when I do start to feed my ladies nutrients and I think the ph needs to be kept between 5.5 and 6.5? Thanks for the help

No nutes on seedlings. Basic tap water will take you along way. Let the plant tell you when nutes are needed. Look for slight yellowing then start at 1/4 dose. It's easy to burn and kill seedlings. Even in aero I don't give nutes till a week or two after roots.

Ok thanks, I had been told to pre soak my clay pebbles in 1/4 strength solution is this a bad idea then? If I risk my seeds Ill hold off on the nutes, when i do start how often do I need to change the solution?

Are you hand watering? Drip to res? Flood and drain? Flood and waste?

DWC once put into the oxypots and I was planning on hand watering the seedlings, hope I haven't misunderstood, if I have consider me clueless but eager to learn

No need to soak in nutes. But you do want to wash them good. It's a Hoosiers to final rince in ph water of 5.5. And after running system starting out watch ppm. It can jump bigtime the first week. That's the clay and salts that might be there. Just change res it will stop. I'm not the best at dwc so I'm only gonna give basic info. Only time I played with it I found out sence im not home for a week at a time it wasn't for me. But there are plenty out here that are great at it. So bump this in about 3 hours and they will be on it. Or post in the dwc section.

We are all here to learn from eachother. And help where we can. The day you deside to stop learning is the day you should stop growing. Your last grow will always be your best. That's what I tell myself anyways.
