NON-AUTOFLOWERING plants starting to flower & barely/some not even a foot tall?!?!?!

I have wild girls, well l call wild. They came up in march, at 43 degrees latt, so way north of you, two in flower one since first week of july, all big at least 7ft. One in 4 inches of soil reaching eaves from ground level. Mine have rhuderallis genes from a few years back. All photos still in veg.
