Noise from a bloombox

Hey all.. question

how loud is a bloombox? jet engine loud or pc computer loud?

i have a chance to get one of these and was wondering about the noise factor. Yes I know it is expensive and i could just a easily build a box, but i already built one and would rather get something a little quieter and easier to deal with. So thanks to anyone that tells me to just build my own.

anyone use one and can also tell me the "ease of use" factor?

thanks again

My 2 cents

Purchased bloombox in may and am starting to harvest as we speak. Noise from bloombox is not to loud but more than a computer. Have box in garage, Had my brother in-law over he walked right by it. When i showed him he was amazed. Asked what he thought box was before i showed him he said "never crossed his mind thouht it was for storage or something. Lesson learned from first grow stay away from Miracle grow (will cause burn). Highly recomend purchasing bloombox.

The odor eliminator fan makes the most noise and runs 24 seven. Fans that cool the lamp make noise also. Thought heat would be a problem box being in garage but was not (co2 injection helped on that) however am looking forward to milder weather. Twenty lb. CO2 cannister cost me $170.00 and $20 per recharge (about every 4 weeks). First harvest was bag seed but came out good. Have since aquired some AK-47, Bubbleberry and Northern light/Gani clones which took about a month to really grow vigorously and are in veg chamber of bloombox on 18/6. JUst cut 3 clones from BB yesterday.

The computer which runs everything is a little tricky but help was just a phone call away. Once again as i sit here I HIGHLY recommend bloom box :>)-~~.

This was my 1st indoor grow. Started 25 seeds in soil. At three weeks (about 4 nodes) received clones for mother plants (AK-47, Bubbleberry and Northern light/gani) and needed space in veg chamber so moved seedlings to bud chamber ended up with 11 females. Averaged about 1/2 oz per plant dried total growing time 82 days. Had some problems with burn due to Miracle Grow soil. Believe 2nd grow will produce at least 1.5 oz per plant. Able to fit 12 1.5 gallon pots in bud chamber. Weed was better than anything i was buying at $160.00 PER OZ and it was bag seed. Hope by OCT to have endless supply of primo by cutting 3 clones per week from mothers.

Hey Yourname

Have been growing in soil (Fox Farms Ocean Forrest) the past year. Having grown outdoors the last ten years so thats what i'm use to. I really enjoy the BOX. Did you order the CO2 stuff? I did and am very happy. Have you grown in the past?
Indoors to me is harder/trickier but the control you have over (rain sun bugs and ripoffs) is cool. Just harvested a nice Bubble Berry plant (got 2 z's) from it. Also alot of peeps saying how expensive it is (and it is) but at $300 to 400 a oz where i'm at have made all my investment back. Good luck and keep us posted on you progress.
Take it slow

If you are a lover of the weed like me i'm sure you will enjoy growin. Once you get things goin (clones veggin etc.) and you always have a steady supply of smoke it makes life seem easier. No static about who has what and for how much is it any good ... sure you know the drill. Have learned alot from this NG. Will be gettin some WW clones from a friend i traded some bubblebery clones for also have a friend goin to Amsterdam and will be bring back some Maple Leaf Indica. Later

yourname - you may not want to plant in all the sites. each plant takes up alot of room and unless you want to bend, the box will just be really crowded
