No smell

I would not be hugely concerned about this, if it is early into the flowering stage then I would not expect a smell to be prevalent as of yet. However if it is late into flower and close to harvest some do experience having little odor from the cannabis flowers, the flower/buds even during the drying process the smell can be close to absent. If this does occur as mentioned, expect the smell/fragrance of the flower/bud to develop after/during curing.

Hope this helps.:bigjoint:

So do y’all think I should do a partial harvest removing jus the side buds and letting the main stay a little longer cause I think the side bud are taking all the nutrients

I hear if your in an sealed area, with a carbon scrubber, it will eat the terps smell, from the actual plant.

stem smell is where its at, if your stems are dank, the rest of the plant will too. You can usually tell within 3 weeks of a dank pheno or not so dank.

No do not do that.I would strongly suggest buying a 30x jewelers scope and evaluating the trichomes (Milk = more psychoactive high ), then decide when to harvest. If it is troublesome acquiring a jewelers scope, I would use the pistils (white hairs that protrude out of the bud/flower.) as indicators, when the pistils curl inwards towards the flower and turn amber/red/brown then it is harvest time.(although using the pistils as indicators is not a completely accurate method.)

Happy Growing.:weed:

Shastaf Arien is right about phenotypes. Sour Diesel/Haze is almost pure sativa so I'm guessing it has a long flowering time. How many weeks into flower are you? It might not be a super smelly pheno. I have a phenotype of Green Ribbon that gets absolutely covered in trichomes (even up the fan leaves), but gives off almost no smell when flowering. Even after dried and cured not super stinky, but tests higher in thc (26%) than my smelliest stains. Might not be anything but the pheno you are growing. Might not be what you want to hear, but experimentation is key.
