no scent to these plants

my babies are about 4.5 months old, from medium grade commercial weed seeds. all females, the ends of the branches and tops are getting tons of white hairs, but it is not getting scenty, nor do i see any THC crystals. i have about 12 weeks to go b4 we get a hard frost.
Am I going to end up with schwaggy weed, or should i be patient? last year, my plants started to bud out earlier and the were real scenty, and the seeds came from about the same grade of pot. next year, i go the seed bank route. thanks for any help or suggestions. with having 12 weeks to go, i think i might see some hope for these plants. i have to guerrilla garden, so they only get about 7 total hours of direct sunlight. time will tell, i guess. thanx again for the help. great site. i live in north central florida, if that helps w/out giving away too much info

didnt really notice a scent intill it started to flower about the third or fourth week in off flowering.... week 6 now and its really smelly...

Aye, early yet dude, they look like the've got ages left. Smell starts pumping out late flowering with most varities, the resin will come when the calyxs start to pack together and need protecting,
