I think most of the nuet problems are correct, but not the cause..

I'm going to guess: virus

made the plant weak, and unable to process, leading to all said nuet problems.

if it was just a ph or feed issue it would still flower, fruit growers often see trees with leafs with all kinds of symptoms: twisted, curled, Bronzed, colors. and no fruit. they end up have to cut it down, since it does live till the next year, but is still infected.

I feel that your babies are getting too cold, which is causing them to block certain nutrients giving them a discoloration. Check out your temps also check out for bugs, sometimes bugs can affect nute absorption. I use Onyx spider mite and pm spray it protects me throughout harvest, from all bugs and mold. This would help you rule out bug problem, but more importantly what are your nightly temperatures?
