Sorry to say they not even close to finish. I'M IN THE SAME BOAT WITH A LATE FLOWERING STRAIN BUT i WILL FINISH THEM INDOORS SINCE THEY ARE ALL IN POTS.And by the way God or myself don't care where a nitrogen molecule comes from. On a molecular level yhey are all the same organic or chemical.

Late flowering or not, it should still be farther along. In the pic he posted you can see fencing like what would be at his house. Is the plant in your backyard OP? If I could take a guess which is been pretty common with some new growers growing in a yard. The plant is getting her darkness cycle interrupted at night. Maybe a light goes on in the back yard when letting a dog out or they want to go take a peek at night and bring a flash light along. Something though is not letting it get into flower.
Edit: And thats your plant dude your growing it not us, you should be able to tell us how far its coming along. We have no idea of the strain and when it was planted. You have to learn to do research and not just ask questions hoping for ppl to help you out. Learn for yourself and you wont have to ask anymore

jd....you were right...nieghbors porch light coming on at night..made a black box to cover for my 12 12.....hopefully this will start the flowering....and yes i am a newbie and i have been reading up on outdoor grows...but...these forums are meant to help(i assume)..if there were no questions we would only have (how to's..and take a looks) on here...that being said you nailed my problem right on...thanks
