How did you get on with your new system Bob? All good?

I hear you man, but im still totally tempted to build an aero system(famous last words haha). Im leaning towards Stinkbuds, but I think it could be the most expensive...so maybe Epix or Rosemans! Argggh choices choices.

One thing I cant work out, is that the roots in stinkbuds go down the plastic trunking and must end up in the res...which I read is bad cause it a root or part of a root dies it can mess up the ph. Do you know what I mean, in Earls system (which is similar) he has two res's.


Sooo...a week on and Im still no closer to choosing a sytem. I cant even work out the pro's and con's for each system.
 
Hmmm, I think its a toss between Epix and Rosemans system...it seems that their systems allow for a bigger root system when compared to stinkbuds ( i may be wrong here?) plus its a little more cost effective.
 
You don't need big roots...if you do your research.......the stinkbud system does all the growing thru the plant..not the roots.

Does his (stinkbud) system rely on lights & co2 more than the nutes/root space?

I dont quite understand that dude, can you explain?
