Hey there, you tired of not knowing what is genetically modded


Well i am PISSED :cuss: to the point that i am going to take action!

who is to say that this is healthy to eat when it has been scientifically infected.

To date the most controversial but also the most widely adopted application of GMO technology is patent-protected food crops which are resistant to commercial herbicides or are able to produce pesticidal proteins from within the plant, or stacked trait seeds, which do both. The largest share of the GMO crops planted globally are owned by the US firm Monsanto

The only way to can get back in control f what you eat is my having your OWN system rather than being a PART of the system.

Monsanto has seen to it that in return for generous campaign contributions they receive appointments to high level positions within the FDA and USDA. As a result, these "appointed" officials dictate policy regarding oversight of the industry. Additionally, when Monsanto won the ruling on patenting genetics, the "honorable" Clarence Thomas ruled in their favor and wrote the supporting piece on the ruling. Anyone wanna know who Clarence Thomas worked for in the late 70's? Monsanto...where he was a corporate attorney.

Monsanto has Washington DC in their back pocket...

We have made the commitment to grow our own organic veggies, buy our beef from local ranchers where the beef is organic, grass fed, use no RoundUp for weed control (Monsanto product), and buy no seeds from seed producers owned by Monsanto (Burpee seeds are owned by Monsanto).

^^^ I only eat grass-fed beef that I buy at Whole Foods Market. Man, a cheese burger made with that beef is a wondrous delight! expensive, but worth the price of admission.

Funny you should say that Charlie, we had burgers last night from organic, grass fed beef. It is indeed a wonderful taste sensation...And the beef is much leaner than store bought! When we buy from our rancher, we average $4.50/lb for all cuts (50lb boxes w/ a mix of cuts)...It's actually a very good price considering the quality and health factor.

That just might be what i am looking for.. i am disgusted when i buy ground beef/chuck anything, i want to eat only one cow, (fed and raised properly) not a mix of several.

The crazy thing is the plants wont produce viable seed, and the pollen affects your natural crops and makes your seed unviable and also illegal because they own the genes so if their GMO crosses with your crop, not only is your sustainable crop fucked up but you owe the companie that did it money for their genetics, All our rice in the U.S. is infected with GMO and no one wants to import it into their country

It's a trip Michael. When we met our rancher, she took us out to the herd so she could "introduce" us to her cattle (yes...names and everything). She does this for a hobby and has about 40 head on 500 acres. We really lucked out with her as she's not looking to "make a buck", ya know? We're really happy and will not be purchasing meat in the stores anymore. Next year we'll be raising our own chickens for eating (this year was spent expanding our gardens). No GMO for us anymore. No chemicals anymore...fuck Monsanto and all "Big Agra"

Watch "Food, Inc." folks...It inspired us to change our lifestyle.
