I'd like to know how it smokes when it's done.
I cannot believe the potency of the cobbed cured bud. Just imagining a 3 week cobb cure gets me very excited to get this next harvest through. Thanks for turning me on to this, its greatly appreciated. I am going to buy the stores out in corn on the cobb lmao. Going to give the corn to the church in vacuum seals so it doesn't go to waste.
Well, I checked the pack this morning. More gas and the cobb was dark yellow so I opened her up to check. The sickly smell was heavy, along with almost a vinegar/pickled smell.
The bud was crushed even more and had the imprint of the cobb and string. The bud is sticky and very dense. I wish I had a better camera but my woman is not home.
I will get some better shots later. It looks like black leaved, grey bud, and red haired brick weed. As I have seen with the cobbs from other peoples cures. That being said, bag apeal is slim to none.
Curiosity got the best of me and I decided starting one day earlier on the drying the sample isn't going to hurt. Then I decided chopping up a small sample of this small sample wasn't going to hurt either. I broke the rest of the sample apart to check out the insides for signs of any mold. Looked good.
I have been under heavy effects for about 2 hours now. Hard to even focus on what I am typing. Its a very stoney high and I seem to drift off without realising it. If that makes sense lol. Its a ruderalis indica so I figured it would be stoney. I let the chopped up stuff out half the day and it was still sticky but smoked. The sample was smaller than a toothpick pinner so I put it in a pipe. It smoked very slow like hash and I was stoned before the sample was cashed out.
This is that 1 hitter quitter shit I have heard about since childhood. Some hits would make me just choke my lungs out but I blame that on the quick dry. I cannot wait to delve deeper into this method. Very excited for next week when the rest is dried and I can get a bigger sample. I am visiting with some old friends, going to pack the churchwarden.
Does anyone have some scientific evidence behind this? After I cobb cure with this next crop I am going to have a friend get its cannabinoid levels tested along with the bud it is made from. Going to try to find some info on getting through a three week cure safely. Off to the drawing board...
