No contact after ordering from Plant Photonics....

I placed an ordered for a light from Plant Photonics Thursday of last week, BACS the money over to him after receiving an invoice. Since then I've heard nothing, I've emailed twice to find out a delivery date and heard nothing back.

It's 7 days now and his web site says delivery in 3-4 days. Should I be worried? How long have others taken to receive their lights? Is he usually this bad at communication?

If your based in the USA, it takes about two weeks or even more (thank USPS)...............both Hans and plant photonics are known for late communications==== busy building lights I suppose

oh god .... try not to stress , although i would be starting to.

Three weeks later and it's arrived and is a fantastic piece of kit - delayed due to the manufacturer running out of power supplies. Now home to get it all fixed up!
