It might look like a sativa, but the name of the strain would suggest you bought an Indica, there is no such thing as an Afghani Sativa.
Day 12 and little to no stretch is what one could expect from a good Indica, but Afghani strains flower pretty fast normally and the breeders say she finishes in 7 weeks so 5 weeks to go.....?

I would guess these where clones, not seeds as every plants looks the same and there all the same height, not one idica shaped leef on all 6 plants, how unlikely is that ?
Much better chance is a diffent strain all together

not all afghani strains flower quickly and what you have may be a hybrid. only having a pistol or two is normal after 12 days, also this is when to mark down when flowering starts, not when you flip to 12/12.

I grew some sativa plants that would not trip at 12/12, so I gave them more darkness 11/13 and that did the trick
