Yeah rice is going to be something where I have to be real careful about keeping the grow container sealed. You basically flood it 2 inches above the soil to grow ._. its going to be weird to look at XD

Note: I killed off one of my sweet basil because it wasn't growing at even 1/2 the rate of the others, and taking up space Also, during this week we should witness some explosive growth in all plants.

Also, I just did a bit of organic ant control research ( I have a sugar ant problem ) Turns out Equal, the sweetener wipes those fuckers out. And Mint keeps most ants from coming near me.
Glad to hear you got some basil! I suggest growing some tomatoes and making some homemade pizza.

Yummm homemade pizza!ahah whod think sugar ants dying from sugar. They where out of spearmint I was upset so the lemon balm will do good too

Yeah pretty funny that a sweetener the FDA approved is proven to be toxic to numerous organisms. Including humans. It rots your brain , stevia for the win[or blue agave](growing some of that soon for my mom|stevia|). However, I prefer sugar.

Well here is the wikipedia for it: Stevia
Its basically a sweet plant that can be dried and used as a sweetener.
You can also just eat it fresh, drop it into tea straight off the plant. I prefer it dried though.

They are 20 watt each

Did ever think about getting stronger ones? Are you supposed to eag the leaf?Or teabag it?

For this grow, I want it to be just as it is. Im looking into a HPS bulb setup, but for now this one is working just fine. And ive seen entire micro grows done with CFLs. Remember, trying to see if I can keep it small XD and what kind of flower output I get from that.

For winter I want to do a vert setup or a 250 HPS Not too sure yet.

Tried to give multiple angles, mostly showing my leaf that seems to be fucked up.

I'm thinking its the root. Nothing else has stressed the plant. By day 14 I will know if the plants trash or not XD

NEW LIGHTING SETUP


Ok, Here is the best information I can give on lighting

23 Watt 6500k 1450 Lumens x 2
40 Watt 2700k 2600 Lumens x 2
20 Watt 2700k 1280 Lumens x 2

Total: 166 Watts 10,660 Lumens
Some would argue a HPS would be more efficient. an HPS bulb isnt nearly as adjustable as my current setup. Duct tape for the win.
I also got a timer and I am switching from 24/0 to 20/4. Lights off from 3pm to 7pm

Looks great! Thats like the BEST yugio card lol,Basil got so much bigger !!

I only have the lights on the timer, so I still have a super amazing air flow via the fans.
