Nitrogen toxicity?

Couple days iv noticed clawing ends of leaves and a darker shinier green on the leaves than usual, am I right in saying could be a nitrogen problem? Also what’s required if it is intact? Just a decent flushing? Iv also noticed that it’s just the plant further from the light so could be lacking light intensity? Possibly just hungry? Advice is welcome :) (I know tips are burnt over feed on accident a couple weeks ago )

It looks like nitrogen toxicity to me but a picture of the whole plant would help. It usually shows up on the lower leafs first.
