Nitrogen toxicity?

So far just this on one plant, which has always been the darkest green even though I have several others a lighter green. This one has the strongest Indica characteristics. Rest of the plant (og kush) looks fine. I've given all plants maybe a quarter dose of Grow Big every other watering up til now. The wild card this year is not using Ocean Forest but EB Stone 420 soil....which may be at least as hot as Ocean Forest. Not a major concern ATM but I did see new growth twisted like that a few years back, never figured it out

I also see some yellowing on a few leaves. It's weird because it is on like one half a leave and doesn't look quite like normal yellowing. This is a lower leave that also has some of the twisted, whirly leaves going onWhat could cause this?20230731_151704.jpg

The twisting part is odd as well. I have seen a touch of the twist and yellow in the past but it didn't become a major factor. I just really want to know what causes both. I'd like to think too much nitrogen but in the past that caused brown and necrotic spots on the leaves...an obvious burn. Again just this one strain this time but the stems on all seem kind of thin and not as thick as other grows
