Nitrogen problem?

I have a big white that is 3 weeks old but has not really grown at all and is now turned a light green and the leaves are starting to droop.
I started it in rockwool and have just put it in to my system 3 days ago thinking she is hungry, but with no sign of improvement

Recirculating system.
Green Planet duel fuel.
Ec-0.7
Ph-5.8

What's happening with my little one and
How can I get her growing?

Yes just perlite and I have the pump set to run for 15 min every 2 hours.
I'm running a recirculating system

you need to refil the rez upo the amount it looses in a day untill youve refilled the amount the res is IIRC

You have a drip system.

I started it in rockwool and once I had roots coming out the bottom I put it in the perlite

Rdwc is recirculating,if it was me Id have the pump run 24/7, lots of air then. Seedling was too small id make a dome over her to get 90% humidity.

EC is too high,shes too small,200 ppm max.
