Nitrogen overfeed - flushing?

Based on what I can find on the forum and other sources I think that some of my plants are displaying signs of to much Nitrogen. Attached is picture - if this is not the case can someone please tell me so that I can relax.

From what I can find out everywhere I need to flush the plant - but this now brings up the question will the flushing not cause the plant to then be over watered? What is the best way to approach this - if it is a nitrogen overfeed problem that I am facing and must I adjust the PH of the flushing water as well or will normal tap water be fine?

Honestly I personally see nothing wrong with your plants bro. Keep it up.

Also the thought is with flushing yeah you are going to be soaking the dirt but you should have enough perlite and drainage in their that most of that water will leave the pot.

Thanks - maybe just being overly careful and stressed - first grow with lots of time and money invested and there just seems to be so many things that can go wrong. Rather ask than be sorry later when there is nothing to remedy.

flushing is not a good idea, if anything just do lighter nutes with more runoff. i think they look fine though!
