Nitrogen Deficiency?

I am at the end of week 4 flowering and i noticed my plants were yellowing.

I had decided against using any extra nitrogen because i know its not amazing for flowering.

either way def have yellowing leaves, should i just add the N this week and keep calm?20170714_153813[1].jpg 20170714_153822[1].jpg

Nice pics, nice buds.
Info to get things started.
Medium used?
Nutrients used?
Temp and humidity?
Lights?

Advanced Nutes Snsei A and B Veg for Veg and Bloom for flower.

7 Gallon Pots, these babies are MONESTERs.

Fox Farm Soil of the top of the line stuff.

Temps are about EXACTLY 68 Degrees all the time, maybe even cooler at night with lights off.

Humidity ranges from 60% to 70% ish.

Just upgraded the lights 2 2x800 W HPS.,..from a 2x400 HPS.

I neglected Sensei A Bloom last week cuz it has like some 12% nitrogen in it....

I have have been PHing my water to a perfect 6.5 ( bought a DOPE reader)

I added some calMag.

and some hydrozene,

I let my water supply sit for 2 days so chlorine is removed.

I mean the buds are doing great as you can see....i just figured i'd see yellowing in maybe week 6

Im just gonna play mad scientist today, its their yum yum day. and ill add in the Sensei A Bloom.

SO if they do need the nitrogen they have it otherwise..... my clones looking DOPE!

damn dude, they look great! im not an indoor guy but your humidity might be a little high? once those buds start to swell more its prime location for mold to start.maybe someone else will chime in on this.as far as the yellowing,i think a little wont hurt(as long as it doesnt progress).how many weeks are you going?

Great info. There are different fox farm's like ocean forest or happy frog and others, which one?
There are guys that grow with AN nutes, not me, that will likely stop by especially with the good pics and good info.
They are likely going to ask how often you use your nutes and in what quantities. Give that info and you should get some good help.

got it, the soil is Ocean Forrest.

I only nute 1x a week on the weekend.

I try to not water AT ALL until they are drying out then its JUST enough to hold em over again to the weekend. However no nutes in this solution.

My humidity i reported think was high, its VERY conformable in the room....id look but the lights are off lol...PH runoff is good always around 6.5.

IDK i think its just life but i've read that you can give the plants all the nutes they need and NO yellowing occurs?

oh well thanks for the advice.

There is a tissue analysis of the flowers not leaves but flowers of 3 cannabis strain, showing that the bloom of the 3 strains suck up Nitrogen as high as Potassium. I just cant remember where I've found that analysis too lazy to google it atm.

I know its contrary to popular belief that we dont need much Nitrogen during the bloom stage. I too experienced severe yellowing early on during the bloom stage. At first, it started at the bottom and I just ignored it thinking that it's just natural for the bottom mature leaves to die off. But it quickly progresses to the top and I dont see any indicator (such as ph) that's causing the problem.

For what its worth, I started boosting Nitrogen (after coming across that analysis) and was able to finish the plant which is barely struggling to survive but the Nitrogen did bring back a bit of green to leaves that havent fully yellowed.

Just my experience :peace:

God damn it... im looking at Hydro uptake.... 6.2 is way to fucking low .

I just made a GIANT water mess flushing.

added the same weekly dose with PH up of about 20ml.

the solution was about 7.2.

Ran it through, runoff is around 6.5....

dont smoke weed and read charts....

Well, the only solution to that is.....smoke some more and the chart would be correct this time.
