Nitrogen deficiency ? / Outside grow Autoflower

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum :) and I'm also a newbie grower.

I'm growing northern light auto outside. The "sick" plant is 48 days old.
I know it's a normal phenomenon to get yellow leaves when harvest time is approaching but this seems a bit early on.
I've attached pictures of the plant as well as what I've been feeding her. To be honest I got a bit lost with the nuts timetable because of my other plants (I did not start them at the same time) so instead of giving her once a week 3.5ml per L of the Top Auto fert (as instructed on the bottle) I put 1.5mL per L each time I water it (2 to 3 times a week). Don't judge me :)
I always make sure that the Ph is at 6.2.

I've just watered it yesterday so the soil is already wet. Do you think I should re-water it straightaway with 3.5ml/L of the Top Auto fert plus 1g per L of the Megabud Fert ?
Or should I wait for the soil to dry first ?

Thanks in advance for your help :)
