5 out of 6 seeds put in peat pellets spouted on or around 11/01/09. Once they were well rooted they were poted in my soil mix of peat, worm castings, pearlite, blood meal, bone meal, jamaican bat guano, poultry manure, potash, dolomitic lime, kelp meal, and green sand. Ran on a 18/6 light cycle.

Took clones on 12/01/09.

12/12/09 first night of flowering.

Nice, I started 6 ak48s nov 30 seeds in hydro all popped in 2 days grew real nice but now in the second wk of flowering I've got 3 males !!! Damn after all that work my 2 largest bushyest plants and I have to rip them out !!! I hope I can get a little bubble hash out of them at least !!!

No I TOOK clones off of them on 12/01/09. I will be saving the best 1 or 2 for mothers after the smoke test.

Thats the way it usually works for me also. The biggest, fastest growing ones are usually male. I personaly wouldn't waste my time on the males unless you plan on breeding, and still from what I've read you want the slow growing males because there closer to the drug strain not the hemp strain.

Well I've got 1 male so far and the other 4 are not showing yet. I had my light alittle to close to #4 and started to get some bleaching on the top fan leaves. I'm also having to water every 2-3 days now. I think on my next run I'm going to add some of those expanding water crystals to my soil mix.

Planted 6 seeds, 5 germinated. 4 out of the 5 are males. Merry fucking christmas. I guess I should be happy I got the 1 lady, but shit man thats half a 10 pack of seeds that I can't do shit with. Gonna pop the the other 4 and 4 strawberry cough seeds now. I'll keep updating on the 1 lonely lady I have untill she's done.

Well since I only have the one plant left I decided to do some training. By tying down all the branches I will open up alot more bud sites to direct light. It will also even out the canopy which will allow me to get the light closer to all the lower bud sites.

Well she hits 3 weeks flowering tomorrow, and she's looking great. From the way she's going I don't think she'll take much longer than 8-9 weeks. But I'll leave her in there till she's done. Here's a few shots from the last couple days. I wish I was able to take better pics. I tend to think it's me because some times my shots look really nice, but most of the time they look like shit.

subscribed... I have 4 Nirvana AK48 plants at about 17 days old and hoping for more females than males. I also have 6 other plants (3 different strains) and these AK48's are growing the fastest out of all of them. Please keep updating this with pics of progress. Thanks :D
