Nirvana Germination Kits Question

Ive germinated for years in the ol' wet paper towel/bowl of water.

Recently got some new strains from Nirvana and figured what the hell..Ill try this little germ kit.

For anyone who has used them..

At what point after inserting your seeds and watering them did you put them under your lights?

Some people wait 8 hours, some wait until the seed sprouts and some throw them underneath immediately.

once seed breaks surface of soil it needs light

but some use light as heat source i use heating pad for that

before that it only needs moisture heat and dark

I never used those kits. But I put my seeds under light on 18/6 timer as soon as they go in the soil. That way the light is there and working the moment they sprout.
