Also, keep in mind that occasionally talking to your babies won't hurt either...tests show that people exhale C02 at 1700-2200ppm, so although it may not be a round-the-clock supplement, every little bit helps

Yeah, you can get it at packaging stores, or even some local grocery stores sell it (a couple around here do anyway)...and you don't necessarily have to hang it, just as long as the dry ice fog is rolling down on top of the plants (but of course hanging is usually the best way, l'm sure your guy has enough ingenuity to rig somethin simple up). l'd keep it maybe 10 inches above the tops, just make sure if you do this, that the CO2 fog is dissipating before it hits the plants or it could burn them.

Yeah I read somewhere that even just visiting with your babies gives them CO2 and I definitely check on them a lot cause I think it's amazing how fast they grow even within a few hours. I wanna get a camera on the next seedling I plant so I can see it break the surface and grow and everything.

Yeah, he's the best at rigging stuff like that. Our lights are being held up by shoe laces and hooks lol. I'll post pics, I just took them but they're sending from my phone to my email right now lol

It's in a closet 4x6 (not sure of height) but we're only using that small part of the closet I showed you.

Well like i see you've got some florous n cups..but like, what kinda lights you gonna have this harvest, compared to what you PLAN to have in the future? Just like runnin soil and flouros now and hopin to be DWC and hps later?

Well we're in Jiffy 100% Organic soiless mix. We have 2 Dome lamps (as shown) both with natural daylight (the curly bulbs) and I believe they're 6500k. We also have the tube light that holds 2 bulbs, we have 3 bulbs for it though. The two bulbs in it now are a plant and aquarium light (looks redish) and a natural sunlight, both have the blue and red rays or whatever that are needed, one is just more red. The other bulb that we don't have it is another red plant and aquarium. I wanted to get one of those Red/Blue LED 12"x12" light fixture, it's only like 30 something dollars. But the lights we're using now seem to be doing pretty well. We have a list of supplies we'll need for our DWC, pretty much gonna do that in a 5 gallon bucket. And we wanted to start everything off in soil and transfer it over to hydro later on, pretty much when it's ready for transplant I guess since we'll have to rinse the roots and stuff really well, gotta make sure it's strong enough. The red is what is good for flowering right? I get them confused sometimes.

Haha yeah red spectrum is typically whats used...you can use either or, the whole stigma is that MH/6500k lights (blue spectrum)produce shorter internodal length from seed/clone thru harvest, and that the HPS/2700k lights (red spectrum) produce denser buds. I used just straight HPS the whole time and got good results, so whatever a guy can get will work

So can I just switch to the red spectrum lights when ready to flower and I'll be good?

Yeah thats usually how its done...though it could be flip flopped and it wouldn't matter

No the spectrum really doesn't matter at all, you could mix and match at any time and it really wouldn't make a difference...schedule, growth stage, none of those factors matter.

Cannabis is triggered into flowering by photoperiod change. i.e. Changing to 12/12 from 18/6. You want to use bulbs with more red spectrum light during 12/12.

Exhale!!! this product called exhale comes in a bag you set it in a small grow room and it creates Co2 for 6 months!!! google it! I never used but I sure am interested. 26 bucks a bag

I wouldn't flower under MH but I agree HPS is fine throughout.

How the hell has "exhale" not been brought up before? Lol Why all the suggestions for yeast and sugar and crap? I might invest in some of that. Tax returns!!! It's time to invest in a few things! Not sure what I need the most though :/
