At least get a quality ph pen......the only problem with the cheap ppm meters is a lot of them are 500 scale and you will need to do the conversion....not the end of the world but another thing to keep an eye on.

my 2.5 gallon Bokashi bucket has 5" thick clouds on top touching the lid....can't even see the organic matter feeding it below the pillows and it smells so damn good!!
that pic has a plant in it going on 4th week of flower....lol

Thanks for the link. I am new to all this decided to grow on a whim like a month ago, but I have done alot of reading built a tent and just planted my first go. I promise this thread that I will have these pens for the next grow when I am planning on using NFTG. I really get into my hobbies, and spare no expense. I am willing to learn and adapt. Those bugs showed up overnight in the masses. They seem like there attracted to the light and just bounce off the light theres a bunch already dead they don't have any antennae. I see these little bugs swarming my house in waves im wondering if a few got into my house when i let the dogs in and out and just made it to my room i just sealed the door off today. Kinda panicking lol. I bought the Cultured biologics Mercenary should i use that and will it hurt my new sprouts?

hang a fly trap ... unless there coming out of the soil I wouldn't worry much about it ....you can do a IPM on a plant , but im not sure how old the plant gotta be to start it....

not happy at all....#s some what OK for a photo plant, but maybe a bit high for autos. Soil doesn't look over watered but hard to tell in the yellow light. Herc flush 65 definitely. Hope it's not root aphids or pathogen.

gnats wouldn't be the end of the world....thumb around the soil surface and you will see little white maggots (larvae) but you will only find them in moist soil, as surface dries they go down deeper. Although any fungus gnats I've dealt with aren't really drawn to the light.

If you do spray mercenary, just use a lighter dilution and spray at night just as lights go out. All Essential oil sprays are phyto-toxic pretty much and will burn leaves if spray remains on leaf surface in direct light.
