OK thanks that makes perfect sense actually. Looking back, I always tend to underfeed for fear of overfeeding... A funny thing I've noticed is that all the strains I've grown that have a citrus / lemon smell always seem to get deficiencies around week 5 or so oddly enough... They seem to be the heavy eaters...

I have got up to 90 ml before, IME its too Damn much for my grows and not really necessary. The important thing you mentioned is "if they can take it," and even then its a lot of bone and should be paired with BK to keep it moving. A sweet spot in my grow 45 - 60 ml!! I try to keep on a ramped up track from flip to week 5/6, then I START backing off. Your right, once they get a taste it seems the sky is the limit and they will take all they want and ask for more but IMO there is a tipping point that sacrifices taste. I do however recommend trying to push as hard and as high as you can as you may find its what your looking for in the end product and/or find the plants peak before it starts burning tips Then you can start to dial your feeds on the following grows with a goal in mind. The same concept can be applied across the whole line, as I introduce a new bottle that I plan to run for 2 weeks or more I start low and ramp up!! Another thing to note is when HERC is pushed, amino acids need to be pushed too. And don't be afraid to bump up the base nutrients- Medusa or Gaia - this can be extremely beneficial when trying to keep nectar addicted plants happy!! In theory, as Herc is increased, other bottles should be too to keep uptake of nutrients balanced, as we rely on The Herc to carry The nutrients and minerals into the plant. So if we just slam HERC IMO its too much phos and not enough of everything else and over fertilized Phos effects flavor. ......The only bottle I never change is Zues, 5 ml the whole grow.

depends on the strain .... max I did was 120ml .... now its 90 max anymore .....plant needs that nitrogen in flower to build ....this is where you gotta tweak your feed schedule and make your own ...remember what you lack in veg will show in flower ...

That's really helpful - I think maybe that's where I can improve - I'm not ramping up until it's too late I think sometimes... I think I need to push more like right as the stretch is finishing up... I have a few strains that always start getting what looks like a calcium or mg def around that time...

also depends on how many weeks in veg , can't throw a lot of food if she young in veg and you want to flip 12/12 .. 4 weeks in veg should be your minimum 8 weeks in veg is max , this will depend on topping and LST ... I try to push the length of time along with height ... also a bigger pot will help , indoor should be 7 gallon minimum , 15 max gallon pot .... and im working with a 4x4 x 6' 11" tents .... week 3-7 if your heavy feeding time period thats where you need to ramp up .....

yeah once the surge of stretch kicks in, there really isn't much down time till it's time to ripen! Growth slows at flower set to the eye but but the plant is completing the hormonal switch to full bore flower mode and production so need to stay on top of it so she can hit her stride!!

OK yeah I always veg at least 4, usually a supercropped flowering clone... More like 6-7 usually...

They are really 2 different products that do a lot of the same functions, take 2 plants and do a side by side. The only thing is EM1 is more of a weekly/bi-weekly thing, whereas SLF is safe in every feed.
Oooo cool brother! Thank you for clearing that up! My bottle of slf says 5ml once weekly, but I use it all the time because I seen it mentioned in here to do so. Wasn't sure if em-1 was the same way or not. So slf would probably keep the media cleaner because it is being used all the time? Thanks! Peace out!

Fed the tea the other day slurries are down to 200. Ph 6.3-6.4. I fed them today MM 10ml, Gaia 10ml, Athenas 15ml, DD 20ml, Kraken 10ml, (Aphrodites 10ml figured the microbes could use a bump in food since i just fed the tea.) HH 30ml, Zeus 5ml, Slf 15ml. Ph 6.5 1400ppm. Id like numbers to be higher then that before i add bk. I will slurry tomorrow and see how its looking. I think i used too much herc early on ive already used 2 qt and im only 2 days into flower. I vegged for 8 weeks tho and was feeding 30 plants for 6 weeks of that. Now im feeding 13 girls in 7gal. Any feedback or thoughts appreciated. Somebody stole my outdoor girls. Very depressing feels like they stole my kids and are abusing them lol. They tried to take the plant and roots to replant id imagine as they were only vegging still. They were massive tho and i gave them a lot of attention TopD them the other day with one shot bokashi earthshine ewc, 40 gallons of #4 and teas weekly. Cowards must of been super impressed by the color and size and thought it was the genetics not the work that was put into it. I have never had veg plants stolen before. They were taller then me and only topped once. Still had 2.5 months of growing left I'm glad they stole them now instead of harvest time tho.

that sucks that some one would steal !!!!! your feed schedule looks good ..... so you got another feed , feed , herc , then feed feed tea ... those double feeds should get the ppm close to 500 ppm then herc will drop it then feed , feed should bring the ppm back up then tea drop it down .....keep ph the same ....roll with it !!!!! your top dress ? one shot and EWC ... one shot has that in it , but if it works , run with it ...

Its good to use all through veg and up to week 4 bloom. I do 2 - 12 hr. Soaks when using it as a foliar, and will add it to a AACT brew the last 2 hours for drenches. If you are combating high ppms or just need a surge of growth, I do an anaerobic 24 - 36 hour soak, no air, to make a protozoa rich tea that is meant for nutrient cycling. Bokashi is a nice add too.
