Purdy was looking a bit on the flat side in the 1st quarter but the 49ers were still up 10-0.

The Seagulls clearly won the 2nd quarter and that stupid penalty by Ward gave Seattle a freebie field goal to end the half, but more importantly gave them the momentum....and the lead.

I truly thought the 49ers were in deep trouble but they came back hot as a firecracker in the second half to eliminate those worthless Shithawks....I was so happy :)

Then the next game, holy shit did Trevor Lawrence ever play like crap in the 1st half..... 4 interceptions, down 27-0, the Jaguars dreams were over, they were done like dinner.

What an amazing comeback (3rd best in NFL playoff history) and quite the gutsy move to go for the 2 point conversion to put them in a position to win the game with a field goal.

Man!, I started to watch something else after the 1st half… glad I stayed tuned in! An incredible come back. I would have bet my last dollar that the Jags would have lost. Crazy.

The Jags did win but it was their defense that saved the day.
Trevor didn't have his greatest game, he even admitted that but at least they won and are going to the playoffs....who would have thought that a few months ago.

The Chiefs looked very good, as they were in control of the game right from the start.....they are most certainly a serious contender to go to the Super Bowl.

Now we just need those feeble Rams to have their best game of the year and beat the Shithawks...if not, the only thing the Lions can do is to eliminate the Packers from the playoffs.
Damn. WTF. I shut that game off after 4 interceptions. That sucks, :wall:

The Lions did a hell of a lot better than anyone expected......next year should be even better
I 'm happy for Dan Campbell, his bite em in the ass pep talk when he was hired was laughed at nationally, now look his team has bought in,the guy is genuine and shown he can coach. The Lion's players obviously respect the dude and never laid down after a shitty start and were fun to watch.

The Shanahan system is quarterback friendly, that kid looks confident and comfy,Purdy, last pk. 7th rd. is dialed in,the most relevant Mr. irrelevant I've seen.

Dallas kicker about to be fired.
That was 5 failed conversions in a row, as Maher missed his last attempt against Washington the previous week

They didn't trust his ineptness on a field goal attempt in the 4th, as such went for the touchdown instead to which they were successful. So in retrospect, due to his incompetence they regained those 4 lost points.

If he misses any points next week he likely will be fired, but I question if the Cowboys have a hope in hell of even scoring a touchdown against the 49ers

I'm in MA.,Patriots fan since Grogan and J. Plunkett days,in a down cycle now,OK w/it as 20 yr. reign was a hell of a run in today's NFL parity add to that too many NE fans no nothing but winning and don't recall the era when the franchise was a NFL backwater. Belichick is old now and they need to take some power off his plate in drafting and the offensive side of the ball. He's a great "game day' coach even in his early 70's but has been stubborn in building his staff and done himself no favors being arrogant w/local media over the yrs.You meet the same people on the way up as on the way down and some local media is enjoying his recent failures.Bob Kraft looks ready to bring in Bill O'Brian to run the offense and also open his tight wallet and spend some $ this yr.. They need to draft a cornerback and tackle in the first 2 rounds, then linebacker(a 235 lb. fast LB),after that more O Line and and find a slot receiver(Brady hit Welker and Edelman on 3rd. down for years). In free agency they can spend whatever they don't get in the draft to supplement their needs. They were boring to watch on offense due to Belichick's stubborness in putting his inexperienced buddies on the offensive side of the ball. They never get blown out and w/a halfway competent offense can get back to being a factor in the AFC,3 down yrs. is enough.
