Just came to say that I've had nothing but great transactions from PLH. Cheapest prices on the net (shipping is quite expensive so give them a call). Great inventory, quick shipping for big boxes, stealth boxes used with no mention of hydro anything on box.

It sounds like plh gave you good service. Short of just giving a new ballast what else could that retailer do? The fact that you talked to real people and they called you right back like they said they would is amazing an unheard of in any customer service setup local or online.

Cap on the other hand should have made there warrenty clear and upfront.

I honestly don't know what your crying about u have a working ballast just like the one u bought in the first place .Quit being so anal they replaced your NON WORKING ballast with one that works just like a new one so quit crying.I go there all the time for the past 4 yrs never a problem not one .

I work in a shop and can say that NextGen's customer service and warranty is shit compared to most of the other available manufacturers.
