Next Spring legislation will be put forth to legalize cannabis: Philpot

I am just glad we have a timeline and Canada can finally quit jailing herm smokers and fellow growers.I also hope us growers can become legal for patients and collectives. It wont be perfect , but it will be better than what we have now.

And if it isn't the way we want the system to be come 2017, we can fight it in court and we can also create new federal political parties and run on better program platforms.
