Bob Dylan plays China!

More open but still demanding control the plutocrats continue to demand and the people roll over and "that's show business" as they say can't say I'd rather be there yet I am sure!

You are right the Communist incarnations did create Public Wealth and that became Plutocracy. So it happens in every system.
Then we should realize that a Cap on private wealth is a reality in any system.

I knew the cap on private wealth was important.. It happens in the USA and it happens in China.
