I just saw this update on the Branch MacMaster website. The slow wheels of justice are turning............



MEDICAL MARIHUANA PRIVACY GAFFE CLASS ACTION

UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 15, 2017

We attended court on September 8, 2017 to settle the terms of the certification order and the form of notice to be delivered to class members. We anticipate the notice will be delivered to class members within the next few months, once the necessary procedures have been put in place.

Be sure to check this website for updates as well at www.marijuanaclassaction.com/. If you have not already done so, anyone who received the November 2013 letter from Health Canada should register on the registration system at https://www.terida.com/mmhc/login.seam.

Call them to make sure they have your info. You leave a voicemail and they WILL call you back next day. They have acces to the database and will tell you for sure if you're registered. This is how I confirmed my registration.

Will do bro. Do you happen to have a phone number I went to there webpage but could not find the phone number. I found the email which I emailed a year ago and got no reply. :bigjoint:

man, this is stretching on and on with time. These guys will make over 200 million + with their cut of the action if they are right that it will be an 800 million dollar settlement.

Oh, you think it'll be less? 20 K each x 40000 comes to 800 mil. That's how I got the figure.

Asking for 20k per person and GETTING 20k per person is a different story. Also, do you really think HC is gonna pay an 800 million dollar settlement? Whats the precedence set by previous privacy breeches? Dont get me wrong, patients deserve some kind of compensation, but I think people need to be realistic in terms of expected compensation

I believe the original filing was for $250M.
Approx 40k letters = $6k/letter...but who knows after legal fees?!?!
