At 2 weeks in you definitely might consider getting some circulation going in the area. Pic didn't work but usually they can take a little bit of a gust at that point, just be there to check in on them frequently when you first get the fan setup. After a few hours if they haven't wilted or toppled over they should be good to grow! Keep an eye on your humidity levels though.

Yes a circulating fan would be a good addition. Have you considered even more CFL for better flowering? When I was flowering with CFL, I brought in a monster 105 actual watt CFL at this point, to really add allot for Red spectrum light for blooming. You need penetration, and CFL sucks at that, so you have to hit you're blue dream with more watts of CFL! I added one or two of these for booming flowering:
