Newly sprouted R4 looks sick- first aid??

i got three r4 seeds this winter and planted one in a pot a few weeks ago, set it on the windowsill. it popped up but never opened, just keeled over and died. it's first night was pretty cool, 50 degrees by morning. started another a week ago and it has been sunny and warm, it opened and looks good so i planted the third seed that was up this morning. it has been in the sun on the sill all day but hasn't opened and i am afraid it is going to die. any ideas? i just sprinkled a little bit of root stimulator near it and gave it a couple drops of water, then set a desk light by it thinking that would keep it warm. i have kept a baggie over the pot since i planted to keep the draft off of it. can't get any more of these r4 seeds so i really want to get this plant going. this is pretty much the whole plan for the summer, get a couple mothers and cut a bunch of clones to grow pain meds for over the winter, my back is a mess and i don't want to permanently be taking hydrocodone. just took this pic. i don't see any leaf inside! j

Avoid windows sill temps move to much from hot too cold in under 12 hours, best where there is constant warm temp, top of fridge or pc modem ....lol or pc ...lol

window sill is just during the day. i have wood heat so temp varies so i cover it with a baggie but it doesn't look any better this morning. there isn't a leaf in there to open. j
