Newbies first wilt

Hey,

Long time listerner, first time caller.

Went away for a week and had a trusted friend taking care of my friend here. Came back five days later to find a full on wilt on my hands.

Can you guys help me out?? PH? light? anything I can do to help her out?? There are still little buds coming out and the stem is still vital, but overall I'm really worried.

You would have to provide some more information for an intelligent response. Is the medium to dry? or too wet? I had all 60 of mine beginning to look like that once. When I checked I found I had forgotten to turn on the switch to my pumps after changing the water in the resevoir, and I had changed it two days before that. All of them came back and are doing fine now. The first grow I did I had plants that started to look like that in soil and found I was Overwatering. Just didn't add water for about a week, only misting the plants, and they came back. Soooo...???

Well you certainly have a right to be worried--that plant looks terrible. VV is right, need much more info to try to pinpoint it. Lighting? Ph? Ferts?

for starters I would walk over to your friends house and punch him/her in the throat! your medium looks a little dry and what the fuck is floating in your res? looks like leaves. looks like your friend forgot to keep it moist. I still am trying to figure out what the fuck is in your res? looks like shredded up rockwool. wow dude, for once I don't know. just go punch your exfriend in the throat and call it a day! PEACE!

looks to me like your plant is soggy.im guessing extremely over watered your stem is completelty purple too.i wouldnt give here waterfor a couple of days and see if the condition improves. best of luck to ya

I would say your friend was trying to hard to make sure she was doing good and overwaterd (ALOT) if you think this is true dont water untill she improves I dont know how hydro works very well, so dont take my word on stopping watering.

Ya, she is really wet. The stem is squishy and the leaves are still moist. However, I suspected PH because my friend suspected a lack of nitro and changed to a stronger fert. Which might be the reason why a lot of the leaves are starting to die off. In any case, I hope the drying out method will help in time.

yeah before that last post your plant cried overwater.. badly.. punch your friend. and plants dont usually lack nitrogen in the flowering stage
