What's up guys so I'm going into week 4 of veg I did some cleaning up and starting adding nutes got a couple pics I took of her please any feedback is welcomed I hope I didnt do too much...

We can't really give quality feedback if you don't provide us with some information...

Medium? Lights? Nutrients? pH of your water/nutrient mix? Strain?

Sorry I thought my feeds followed me as I posted like a Facebook or instagram page but thanks for the heads up... so I'm using a 2×4 gorilla tent, ff soil ,260w hlg rspec ,fan ,filter and exhaust, ph perfect technology nutes , bottled water, I haven't ph'd anything I just started nutes in week 3 at 1ml to the gallon and I'm just messing with some bag seeds this run to get a feel I have book knowledge but this is my first hands on run I'm sure gonna switch somethings up in future so any good or bad advice is welcomed

I would not be defoliating at this stage at all. Otherwise they have good color and stems appear sturdy enough.

This is before and after I defoliated her good or bad?

I’ve seen worse but don’t do it. Especially at this stage. Those leaves are what drive it. What help develop the roots. Later in flower is one thing but not now. You also cut off branches that would have budded. Those can be trimmed off later and rooted.
