newbie w/ question about trichromes... when do they start and become visible?

i'm about 30 days into flowering and have a few plants with beautiful big buds (see latest pix in my grow journal).... but very few if any trichromes visible to the naked eye.

I'm sure there is a variety component involved with how "frosty" my buds will get but i'm wondering if it's just too early yet to have many on my plant.

i've searched the web and the forums here but can't find any reference to when in the flowering cycle the trichromes will start to appear.

thoughts from someone more experienced?

Id say the next 4-6 weeks you will start to see it get more and more frosty, don't worry, just let them buds mature.

any day now, every strain is different. Pure Sativas are the slowest and sparsest for trichomes.

it's my first grow and it's bag seed so lots of unknowns and i hate to ask questions prematurely...
thanks for the replies. you just reinforced what i was suspecting. I'll be patient now.

F*(K!... Sorry... just realized i posted this in the wrong thread but I thought i was posting to my grow journal.....

Here are some photos of my two flowering ladies. 1st generation clones of my first plant grown from bag seed.
I think I gave them a nute burn when i switched over from FoxFarm to Dutch Master. All the same, I think i have it under control and the Dutch Master nutes, supplements, Zone and Liquid Light Foliar spray are working out great. I have very steady ph, clean resevoirs and nice roots.

The stress is obvious........ this will delay and possible reduce THC production but you'll still get something worthwhile....... It's looks like sativa or a sativa leaning hybrid so it's going to take a while from here.
